Registration
The MapúaWorld 2009 Registration Form is now available for download.
Please fill in as much information as possible and email the completed form to MapuaWorld2009@sbcglobal.net to confirm your attendance.
Registration fee is US $100 per person if paid by January 31, 2009 and will otherwise be US $120 per person if paid beyond this date. This registration fee includes the Texas Night, Gala, Seminar and Picnic. The admission fees and fares for optional activities are not included.

1) Click on the "Donate" button. The TAMA MapúaWorld 2009 Paypal Account will open up.
2) Type $100.00 at the "Donation Amount" text box then click "Update Total".
3) Log-in to your PayPal account... this executes the transaction.
4) The same procedure applies if you do not have a PayPal account and wish to pay by credit card or bank account.
